Two Projects I have been involved in the design and construction. The project on the top left is a new 155 unit condominium project which looks out over the Chesapeake Bay and Pretty Lake in the other direction. Hand rendering is one of a series of 18 separate views and streetscapes.

The image below that is a new Jewish Community Center which has recently completed and houses a community Center and a Hebrew Academy.

Projects of this magnitude usually take between two and four years to develop a significant relationship with the owner/developer and approximately 10 years before being built.
