Nationwide Office Building:

located in Chesapeake ,Virginia.

This is the new home for a Insurance agency, Hair dresser and Restaurant- 'Dog Dazes'. I did the initial sketches (restaurant). It is the first two story building on a narrow lot and presented some unique problems. The most important lesson is to require the site engineer to check All utilities and setbacks! The problem with utilities proved more serious with the owner as we started building because of City requirements. It is very sumptuous with the whimsical canopy in the front by the entry. It is a sense of 'Disneyesk' to the entire street.
